CVI provides courtesy patrol officers so you do not have to worry about the safety of our residents.
CVI provides residents with on-site staff to assist them with any needs that may arise. We also provide residents with 24-hour emergency maintenance staff should any problems arise outside of normal business hours.
Individual leasing allows you to have peace of mind as each resident has their own lease and is not responsible for the rent of their roommate should they suddenly move out.
CVI offers semi-furnished rooms, which saves you money on furniture and moving costs! Residents are provided with a bed, desk & chair, dresser, trash can, shower curtain, microwave and mini-refrigerator.
CVI is within walking distance from UCF. We also provide a free shuttle to campus to keep students cool and safe on their way to class. UCF parking is scarce, so even if they have a car, the shuttle can get them to class on time.
While we may not have full kitchens in our rooms, we provide all of our residents with free meals in our on-site cafe, Bistro 106. Gone are the days of ordering takeout or eating flavorless ramen, we provide freemeals a day, 7 days a week. We cook, clean, and do the dishes for you, at one all inclusive price!
We know our residents have a full schedule ahead of them, so paying rent shouldn’t have to be worked into their full agenda. Utilizing our lease management tools, residents can pay either through direct deposit, credit card, or through paper checks.
If a resident isn’t able to find a friend to live with, we’ll help match them up with someone sharing similar interests as them. Just another service we provide to make moving away from home easier for everyone!
