The CVI complex is just one block from the beautiful campus of UCF and a short walk from all the restaurants and cafe’s you could ask for on University Blvd.
I just signed my second renewal at CVI. The property has come so far since I first moved in. The private rooms are the perfect size for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bistro food is always good and has alot to choose from. I do not think there is any other place that offers so much for the price.
I've lived in Collegiate Village Inn for a month now and I love the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the apartment I stay in is beautiful I would not trade it for anything!!! They even provide fresh food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I recommend any college student to live at Collegiate Village Inn, you won't regret it!
The price of rent is amazing especially considering there are amenities included. Since I've been staying here I've only had two problems. The first was that my door stopped working but they fixed that problem within one hour and the second was that my water was not hot for a couple of days but I reported the issue and they checked it out. Staying at CVI is what you make it, every place has their flaws but if you dont address the issue how will it get resolved and I like it here.
